I started as a developer, then drifted into founding and leadership. More meetings, less making things.
AI pulled me back toward building. I had forgotten how good it feels to lose an afternoon to a problem no one else cares about and watch a vague idea turn into something that runs.
Some weekends I wonder what it would be like to step back and just build full-time.
