Choosing the Name Actalyst

Choosing a name for your startup is one of the most important and difficult decisions to make.

The name had to carry the idea of action, analytics, and catalyst energy without sounding too generic. Actalyst felt like the right fit because it had the meaning we wanted and the simplicity to grow into over time.

The first logo and wordmark were part of that same exercise: make the company feel focused, direct, and built around action.
